General Questions

What is your typical turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available for projects with tight deadlines. Contact us to discuss your specific timeline needs.

Do you provide proofs before printing?

Yes, every job includes a digital proof. We require your approval before we proceed to production to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final design. This is part of our commitment to quality and transparency.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Local pickup is also available in the Pittsburgh area. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and destination.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, pricing typically decreases as quantity increases. Request a quote with your desired quantity and we'll provide the best pricing available for your order size.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments. Payment is typically required before production begins, though we may offer terms for established business customers.

Can I see samples before ordering?

We're happy to show you samples of our work. Contact us to schedule a time to view samples or discuss your project in detail. We can also provide references from similar projects we've completed.

What if I need to make changes after submitting my order?

Changes can be made during the proof approval stage at no additional cost. Once you've approved the proof and production has begun, changes may incur additional fees and could affect your turnaround time.

Do you offer design services?

As a division of ProAm Creative Solutions, we have access to professional design services. Contact us to discuss your design needs and we'll provide a quote for custom design work.

Artwork & File Prep

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD files. Vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for logos and text to ensure the best quality. See our Artwork & File Prep page for detailed guidelines.

What if I don't have print-ready artwork?

No problem! Send us what you have and we'll review it for free. We'll let you know if any adjustments are needed and can provide guidance on how to prepare your files. In some cases, we can also assist with design adjustments for an additional fee.

What resolution should my artwork be?

For best results, raster images (JPG, PNG, PSD) should be at least 300 DPI at final print size. For large-format items like banners and signs, 100–150 DPI at final size is acceptable. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are resolution-independent and always preferred.

Do I need to include bleed in my artwork?

Yes, for most printed items we require a 0.125" bleed on all sides (larger for banners). Bleed ensures that your design extends to the edge of the cut without white borders. See our Artwork & File Prep page for specific requirements by product.

Apparel Printing

Can you print just one T-shirt?

Yes, we can print single T-shirts, but you'll get better pricing on bulk orders. Contact us for a quote based on your quantity. We're happy to work with orders of any size.

What's the difference between screen printing, DTG, and DTF?

Screen Printing is best for bulk orders with 1–6 colors. It produces vibrant, durable prints at the lowest per-unit cost for larger quantities.

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints directly onto fabric digitally — great for full-color photographic designs and small runs with no minimums.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers a full-color print from film to fabric. It's soft, durable, and works on virtually any fabric type including dark garments.

How should I care for custom printed apparel?

To keep your custom apparel looking great:

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Use a gentle cycle
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
  • Do not iron directly on the design

Can you source specific brands of apparel?

Yes! We can source most major brands including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Port & Company, Comfort Colors, and many more. If you have a specific brand or style in mind, just let us know and we'll confirm availability and pricing.

Business Cards

What business card sizes do you offer?

We offer standard (3.5×2"), square (2.5×2.5"), slim (3.5×1.75"), and European (3.35×2.17") sizes. Custom sizes are also available. See our Business Cards page for the full selection.

What finishes are available for business cards?

We offer a wide range of finishes including gloss UV, matte, soft-touch, spot UV, foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold), raised spot UV, and kraft paper. Premium options like suede and linen are also available.

Vehicle & Adhesive Graphics

How long do vehicle magnets last?

With proper care, vehicle magnets typically last 3–5 years. To maximize lifespan, remove them when washing your vehicle, store them flat when not in use, and avoid leaving them on the vehicle in extreme heat for extended periods.

Can window graphics be removed without damaging the glass?

Yes. We use high-quality removable vinyl for window graphics. When properly installed and removed, they come off cleanly without leaving residue or damaging glass surfaces. Perforated window film is also available for see-through applications.

Do you do full vehicle wraps?

We offer partial wraps and large-format vehicle graphics through our production partners. For full vehicle wraps, contact us to discuss your project and we'll coordinate the right solution for your needs.

Direct Mail

What is EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail)?

EDDM is a USPS program that lets you mail to every address on specific mail carrier routes without needing a mailing list. It's a cost-effective way to reach every home or business in a targeted area. We handle the printing and can assist with USPS submission. See our Direct Mail page for details.
