Uploaded files are used only for production. Order Process
All orders require proof approval before production begins. By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of all content, including text, images, colors, and layout. Changes after proof approval may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
Payment is typically required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Established business customers may be eligible for payment terms upon approval.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Rush services are available for an additional fee. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Color Accuracy
We strive for color accuracy, but variations may occur due to differences in monitors, printers, and materials. Digital proofs are representations and may not exactly match final printed colors. For color-critical applications, please discuss your requirements with us before ordering.
File Preparation
You are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. We offer free file review but are not responsible for errors in files you provide and approve. Please review our Artwork & File Prep guidelines before submitting.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or changed before proof approval without charge. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible and may result in partial or full charges.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of reprinting defective products. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or delays beyond our control.
Copyright and Ownership
You represent that you own or have permission to use all content in your submitted files. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and releases. We are not responsible for copyright infringement in customer-provided materials.
Shipping
We ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Shipping costs are calculated at time of quote. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Local pickup is available in the Pittsburgh area.
